This policy applies to all orders placed through tumbleandtwig.com, operated by LTM Ventures.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or circumstances outside our control are not guaranteed to fall within these windows.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping thresholds, where available, are displayed at checkout and on the product pages.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor delivery progress through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union (including the UK, US, Canada, and Australia), customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@tumbleandtwig.com and we will investigate with the carrier. We will offer a replacement or full refund for orders confirmed as lost in transit.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. LTM Ventures is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Re-delivery charges may apply.
