What age are your toys suitable for?

Most of our toys are designed for ages 6 months to 5 years. Each product page specifies the recommended age range. Our busy boards, for example, are ideal from 6 months (sensory exploration) through to age 5 (fine motor mastery).

Are your toys safe?

Yes. All Tumble & Twig products are made from non-toxic, child-safe materials. Hardware components (zippers, buckles, buttons) are securely attached and tested for durability. We don't carry anything with loose small parts for children under 3.

What are the toys made from?

Our busy boards and sensory toys are made from soft felt-style fabric with reinforced stitching and child-safe plastic and metal hardware. Wooden toys use natural, untreated or water-based finished wood.

How do I clean the toys?

For fabric toys: wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry flat. Do not machine wash. For wooden toys: wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location in the US, Canada, or Australia. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this to follow your package in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. We're working on expanding to more countries soon.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you or your little one aren't completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund.

Do I need to return the product?

In most cases, yes. We'll provide a prepaid return label once your return is approved.
