All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Peak periods: During sales, promotions, or holidays, processing may take an additional 1โ€“2 business days. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you by email.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

For orders shipped outside the EU (including UK, US, Canada, and Australia), customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. These delays are outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@tumbleandtwig.com. We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund for any order confirmed as lost.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. LTM Ventures is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-delivery charges may apply.
