🔄 How to Return

1. Email us at hello@tumbleandtwig.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

✅ Eligible for Return

• Unused and in original condition
• In original, undamaged packaging
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Not marked as final sale at time of purchase

❌ Not Eligible for Return

• Items that have been used, washed, or are not in original condition
• Items returned without original packaging
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Items explicitly marked as final sale

💷 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund.

🚲 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

🛑 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.

📋 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing. In this case, please follow the standard returns process once the item is received.
