Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through tumbleandtwig.com, operated by LTM Ventures.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tumble & Twig order. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Not marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@tumbleandtwig.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, washed, or are not in original condition
- Items returned without their original packaging
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items marked as final sale
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tumbleandtwig.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing hello@tumbleandtwig.com. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or dispatch and cannot be cancelled. In this case, please follow the standard returns process once the item is received.
Consumer Rights
Customers in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, and Australia retain all statutory rights under their respective consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
- EU / Netherlands: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy exceeds this requirement.
- United Kingdom: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
- Australia: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010) remain unaffected.
- United States / Canada: Applicable state and provincial consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
